Our group was 11 returned Peace Corps volunteers and several spouses to celebrate a reunion. The place had a great open spaced kitchen area/lounge on the main floor where we spent most of our time. The deck was great for morning coffee conversations and the hot tub for evening conversations also located on the deck. Highly recommend Pinnacle View to any large groups needing a place near the Smokies to relax after a long day

A big place away from any nearby others. Yes, the driveway is very very steep and the facility needs some TLC before it becomes a not nice place. Highly recommend it. We had 25 adults and kids but the 14 bedrooms including bunk rooms was more than adequate.

What an amazing time we had in at this house. It was gorgeous, well kept, and communication with management was great. We will be back!

A great view. House was overall good. Needs updating. I don’t feel we should have been charged a cleaning fee, upon arrival the house was dirty. Cobwebs everywhere, dirty towels by the pool. The hot tub was not hot and leaked (a lot) property manager said they would send someone, no one showed up. Built in ice maker kept filling with water. Several of the arcade games aren’t working/in bad shape.
