Dave and Cynthia were great hosts. We couldn't figure out the tv so Dave came over and explained it, The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It is not far from the Metro station, grocery and everything else we needed. I would recommend staying here.

We came to DC on a signtseeing trip with our 10 year-old and this property was great! It had everything we needed and we were able to walk to the Fort Totten metro station to get around town (it was about a 15-min walk to get there, which was ok with us because we expected to do a lot of walking on the trip). There was also a bus stop just a couple blocks away. The inside of the property was clean and cute and well-maintained. We were also pleased to discovery a coffee maker with tea and coffee already there, bottles of soap in the shower in case we forgot, and board games in the living room cabinet! We'd definitely recommend staying here!
