Upstairs offers spacious game area in family room with another TV/DVD, Ping Pong table, and gas wood-stove. Master bedroom with a King bed and attached bathroom that can also be accessed from the family room. Another bedroom with Bunk beds and a Twin bed. Pullout sleeper sofa in upstairs family room as well. Custom wall art in stairwell reminds you of the majestic surroundings.

Close to great hiking and biking trails in the summer, cross-country and snowshoe trails in the winter. Easy walk to North Tahoe Regional Park. Only minutes to Kings Beach; short drive to Northstar-at-Tahoe and Brockway Golf Course.

- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- All homes are equipped with high-speed internet unless otherwise noted in the property description; however, during peak travel periods, speeds may fluctuate due to increased demand throughout the Tahoe area.
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
