The Queen size bed is dressed in hotel grade linens, professionally pressed between each visit. With two large closets and a standing chest of drawers, you're encouraged to unpack your suitcase and even consider extending your stay.
The full kitchen is stocked with every essential you'd need to prepare a home cooked meal. Just beyond is the full bath with walk in shower.
East Broughton Street is swiftly becoming a bustling part of the city, with new restaurant East End Provisions joining the locally-cherished Cha Bella. Excellent location and clean, but quite bright in the bedroom. Suggest room darkening curtains because the streetlight is right outside the bedroom windows.

My husband and I came here for our one year anniversary and we had the best weekend. We knew that we were going to be out and about most of the time, so we wanted a cozy rental to come back to at night, and this place was just what we needed! Very cute kitchen and bedroom, and a comfortable, clean bathroom. The courtyard outside the apartment had a beautiful water fountain that we were able to listen to at night. And it is very conveniently located to river street!

The location was great, we were able to see the St. Patrick's Day parade from the balcony. Everything was clean. Apartment lacked places to sit inside and out, would be great if the listing mentioned there was not a couch or a table or some sort of living space. Nowhere to set your luggage. The chair pictured in the corner was missing and there were no table and 2 chairs outside as shown in the listing picture. There are 3 doors leading to the outside, only one had access from the outside, the other 2 doors lacked proper secure locks, just had locks on the handle. Bathroom is small with little space to put your bathroom items, some sort of shelf in the shower would have been helpful as well as another mirror somewhere in the apartment.
