Welcome to Pressure Drop! It is closer to the beach than many semi-oceanfront homes…only 75 steps to the private beach access! Our guests enjoy an open, bright, and cheerful great room and kitchen and various indoor and outdoor spaces to relax.
Multiple levels of decking showcase ocean views to the east and sunsets to the west. The house boasts a new 15x35 pool (heating is available) with a full-width splash and lounge pad, and a spacious pool deck that includes a new hot tub. The home includes dual tankless water heaters, individual temperature controls for three bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi with a mesh router system, and a spacious outdoor shower. Once you walk into the home, you'll discover it is well-decorated, well-cared for, and with pride of ownership throughout.
Top level:
Kitchen with appliances, plenty of seating for everyone to sit around for a big family dinner. Living room with a large comfortable couch, where you can have a fantastic view of sunrises. Screened Porch where you can gather and enjoy meals outside. 2 King Bedrooms, each with an en-suite full bathroom.
Middle level:
Walk-up entryway into the house. King Bedroom with a full bathroom attached. 1 full and 1 twin bed, with a shared bathroom between the pyramid and bunk bed set rooms. Queen bedroom with a full bathroom attached.
Bottom level:
Sitting room with 65” TV, pull-out couch, high-top table, and wet bar with a full-size refrigerator/freezer. Queen Bedroom with a full bathroom. Outdoor shower. Access to the carport and pool area.
Conveniently located in Ocean Sands South, a community with large lots and comfortable spacing between houses. Looking to escape the crowds? Pressure Drop is on a quiet cul-de-sac without the through traffic, parking lots, and crowded beaches found in other communities. We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It was very spacious, with plenty of bedrooms to comfortably accommodate all of our guests. The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything else we needed.One of the best parts was that they welcomed our dogs, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Even though it’s pet-friendly, the house was exceptionally clean and didn’t have any signs or odors that made it seem like dogs had stayed there before.The furnishings are a little dated, but they fit the relaxed beach house atmosphere perfectly and were comfortable and well-maintained. The property management team also did a great job responding to and taking care of any questions or concerns we had during our stay, which made the experience even better.Overall, the combination of space, comfort, cleanliness, a fantastic location, and excellent management made for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Not anyone's fault but the mini-split in the 3rd floor king room wasn't working and we had to make other plans for sleeping arrangements the first night. However, they had HVAC check it the next morning and when it needed a new control panel, Shoreline had a window unit installed for us.
The kitchen was stocked nicely with amenities. Although a second full size coffee maker would be nice.
It was clean but dog fur from a previous guest collected on the bottom of the travel crate we brought. So a better vacuuming would have been appreciated. The baby gate for the top of the stairs was perfect.
Pool was the best! The shelf was great for the little ones!!!
Could use some additional umbrellas for shade around the pool. We brought our beach umbrellas and bungee cords to secure them to lounge chairs which was a game changer!
Although it is dog friendly, the surrounding yard is not. There is not a good space for the dogs to walk and bathroom. In fact, my little dog stepped on a thorny ball which pierced her paw pad. A little grass or a cleared area is needed for this purpose. A bit of landscaping would elevate the house. The decks and rails are showing their age. Temporary fixes to secure their stability like L brackets and boards for extra strength concerned me, but I am sure it is in the owners' plans to update these in the near future.
Furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The coat racks in some rooms were wonderful to have to organize swimsuits and clothes.
We would consider renting again if the opportunity arises.

This property is a great fit for our family. All of the upgrades to the house were evident (new exterior and interior paint, new molding, new bedroom furniture, new front steps) are greatly appreciated. Please thank the owner for us. I do have a couple of comments: The living room furniture is in desperate need of an upgrade. The upholstered furniture (2 side chairs and sofa) are very dirty. I'm not sure that a steam cleaning will help. A replacement of these items with something that is not fabric would be ideal. These purchases could be relatively inexpensive for the owner and require less cleaning and upkeep. The same comments apply the area rug in the living room. Even with a steam cleaning I am not sure that the rug can be rehabilitated. It is a dog-friendly property and accidents do happen. I think over the years it is just impossible to maintain this particular rug. There is a distinct smell to it. My suggestion would be to remove the rug and not replace it. Overall we love the house. Again, our thanks to the owner for maintaining and upgrading its appearance and functionality. We look forward to visiting again.

The location is amazing and the near by beach is 10/10. The house is spacious and has a great layout for a multiple families to stay. The pool is a highlight- modern and big! The one area for improvement would be to upgrade mattresses but otherwise all good (:
