Important Information & House Rules

PET-FREE PROPERTY

We strive to maintain a pet-free environment for guests with pet allergies and sensitivities. We also understand these concerns personally, as we have pet allergies ourselves.

Pets are not permitted inside the cabin or anywhere on the property, subject to applicable service-animal requirements.

NO SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin.

MOUNTAIN ROAD ACCESS

Sherwood Cabin is located approximately 1.5 miles from downtown Hot Springs along a gravel mountain road.

Please review the neighborhood and driving directions carefully before arrival, particularly if traveling in a low-clearance, oversized, or unusual vehicle.

SEASONAL GAS FIREPLACE

The indoor gas fireplace is generally available November 1 through May 1.

Fireplace availability depends on gas company maintenance schedules, propane deliveries, fuel availability, operating conditions, and associated costs.

Fireplace operation and availability are not guaranteed.

TRAVEL INSURANCE & CANCELLATIONS
