Owner’s communication was clear and prompt. The pictures matched the property. Great location just a few minutes walk from the beach and places to eat. Centrally located to everything. If you need a place for a group to stay this is a great place!

Lori was a great host. Responsive every single time we had a question. The place was great - awesome view, spacious and short walk to the beach and restaurants. We saw manatees and Dolphin's while drinking our morning coffee. Clearwater has everything for everyone, young or old...

I will start with the view was great. We got to see dolphins multiple times close up along with a stingray. The overall location was good walking distance to everything. The things we were not really impressed by was advertising of the dock. You could barely walk out on it because it was blocked off and required special permition along with no fishing. The second day we were there both elevators broke down one got stuck on the fourth floor and the other went below where it was supposed to. They were both down for a good 24 hours. The dryer was very loud and noisy and the condo took forever to cool down. The setup was kinda weird since it doesn't have a master bath the master and the second king size bedroom share a bathroom and the queen had its own on the opposite side of the condo. The pool hours were normal 8am-10pm but they decided to do maintenance on it during normal use hours so it was also down for better half of a day. Other then that it was good.
