This 5th floor premier condo has a large, screened in balcony facing the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. You have access to the balcony from both the living room and master bedroom where you will see spectacular sunsets. The décor is traditional and comfortable. The updated kitchen is fully equipped and you are within walking distance to restaurants, shops and other beach activities. Your condo has a washer and dryer for your use as well as free internet service. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property with the exception of a designated outside smoking area. Nicely decorated, beautiful view. Two problems: Not nearly enough towels. For a condo that sleeps six, there were only two bath towels and maybe six hand towels. Had to wash towels every day. Secondly, the top hinge on both bedroom doors were pulled out from the frame, making them difficult to close.

Clean room, hurricane shutters help with heat and light. Front bedroom needs blackout blinds, sun is very bright in the morning so we used a blanket over window. It would be helpful to have codes on elevator door and room so you don’t need a key. Pool is big and nice, beach is very nice, AC worked good. Would recommend and return

Room was clean Ceiling fan did not work. Pantry doors fell off on my wife.
