We are Nashville local if you need us, but we give you your space!
We are centrally located, just South of the city-center. A quick 10 min drive places you at about any Nashville destination your heart desires. Hop over to vibrant 12-South for brunch, Explore Music Row (was that Dolly!?), or hit the Honky Tonk's on Broadway. Wherever you venture, you won't be far away from your home for the weekend!
Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay. A code for the keyless entry smart lock on the front & back door will be sent 24 hours before your arrival. Door codes are unique to your reservation, and only active during your reservation for your security.

Everything was as pictured! Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The hot tub was great. Easy communication with the owner, he checked in often even though we didn’t need him. Kitchen and decorations were beautiful. Great stay!!!

Welcoming host, good location and nice accommodations. Comfortable beds, spacious, stylish and appreciated the premium toilet paper. The hot tub was great! Short drive to shopping but on a quiet street. Love that we could bring our small dog with us as well. Would recommend.

Great stay! Host over communicated and was great. We only stayed with five people, but this place would hold a lot more comfortably. Only eight minutes from downtown. Up-and-coming area.Street parking for the front unit (A) and a parking pad that would accommodate three cars for the back unit(B). If you filled all the rooms in four or five people have cars it might be an issue for parking. But if you’re using rideshare or only have one or two cars, it would never be an issue.
