Great place to stay, quiet, safe surroundings. Restaurant and bar walking distance. Across the bridge from Anna Maria island, so cannot take a golf cart across the bridge but free buses and trolley are available as well as the monkey bus. Our only complaint would be to have the keys accessible right outside the property versus having to pick them up and drop them off at the realty office. This wasted 2 hrs the day we got there and 2 hrs the day we left.

Beautiful place with wonderful views and a quiet atmosphere. We had planned on renting a golf cart to get around but were unable to as golf carts are not allowed on the bridge over to Anna Maria Island. However, the bus is free and there is a bus stop right outside this condo area. There’s also a free trolley system you can take around the island and the Monkey Bus also is available. The Compass/Floridays restaurant/bar was walking distance so it was nice to have that option. We grilled a couple nights and utilized the pool a great deal. Also did Holmes breathe and Bean Point beach which was a fun time. the ugly Grouper had delicious food and great atmosphere and the Sandbar has some yummy tropical drinks. The Donut experiment was fun to check out and the donuts were great! We ordered food and drinks from Publix which is right across the bridge. The delivery was super quick. Would definitely stay here again!

Alternate unit was ok with minor issues. Staff at Wagner was responsive. Close to beaches and would be a great place if you are a boater.
