Great location. Comfortable for my family of four. Amazing views. Could use some updating, but overall a great stay with everything we needed to prepare breakfast and even a dinner.

The best thing about this place is the location if you’re thinking about going to Ober and doing some skiing it is a five minute drive and no traffic. Gatlinburg is about a 10 minute drive down the mountain and very easily accessible to parking. This is definitely a dated place to stay. They can definitely use new mattresses. They are stained and the springs are poking through. I knew the place was outdated based on other reviews and I was fine with it. The view is absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen is tiny, but has everything you need.
