Property improvements are scheduled from June 15 through October 31, 2026, including landscaping enhancements, fence repairs, tree planting, and other beautification projects. The most significant impact will be from the walkway resurfacing project, which involves sanding, grinding, and epoxy coating of walkways throughout the building. Guests should expect elevated noise levels and construction activity during working hours, with the walkway work potentially affecting the entire building. We appreciate your patience as these improvements are completed.

Welcome to your Gulf-front escape at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club. This sixth-floor condo faces directly west and offers unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and picture-perfect sunsets each evening. From the screened balcony, you can take in the open water, gentle coastal breeze, and the peaceful atmosphere that makes this area so special. Bonita Beach is only a five-minute walk from the building, with cafés, waterfront restaurants, and local shops just moments away.
Inside, the condo is clean, comfortable, and arranged for effortless vacation living. The space features a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, creating a smooth start to your stay.
A starter set of essentials is included upon arrival. Guests will find small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and we do not provide food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products. Guests may purchase any additional supplies they need.
The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Other amenities throughout the property remain under construction. Parking is free and open, and self check-in is easy with a personal door code provided prior to arrival.
With its sweeping Gulf views, direct sunset exposure, and a welcoming interior, this condo provides a memorable and relaxing base for your Southwest Florida getaway.

Beautiful, unobstructed ocean/beach view from the living room and balcony. Gorgeous sunsets. Walk to the other side of the building to watch the sunrise. Walk from the condo across the street to the beach. The pool was refreshing and clean. The condo was as listed, bed was comfortable. Box fans to help keep it cool along with the AC of course. Good shower pressure and didn’t run out of hot water. They had a small cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs and a noodle that came in handy. Boogie board too if you like that. Coconut Jacks is a minute down the road with delicious seafood and is on the bay, Docs across the street has breakfast, lunch and dinner and is on the beach- also great food. Flippers is about 10-15 min down the road with delicious food and a bay view as well. 10-15 min to Lover Key/park. We did kayaking with Mikes Coastal Expeditions which was great. Fort Myers Beach is about 25-30 min when traffic is lighter and they’re great for numerous restaurants, bars, live music, boat tours, Margaritaville Resort (pool open to public for a fee). Would definitely rent from here again!

The view and location were great. The unit is a bit tired. The internet was very slow and there was no cable tv. A smart tv would have worked, but the one there was not that new. There was construction around the unit which we were not told about unit a few days before we were to leave. Overall, it was the location we were looking for.
