We enjoyed our time at the Cottage. The house was good (not great). The area seemed to be better suited for younger people. Lots of rentals nearby. Great new outdoor decks (front and back) and crow's nest, some updates to kitchen area. Unfortunately, there were multiple items that are in immediate need of repair/replacement like rusty microwave, very old outdoor furniture, and dirty pans. Listing needs updated to correct photos of bedrooms and indicate 3rd bathroom is NOT located inside the house, but on the lower level and only has an interior lock so anyone can access it!

Amazing place to stay!! There is so much to do and plenty of places to go and do things. Also, the beaches are amazing and just as convenient! We used the fire pit to make smores and hot dogs and the fire pit to relax. 10/10 Would stay again!!

Our family had a great stay, easy walk to beach and nice outdoor space. Loved the porches. Very nice and safe neighborhood

This a great property for a long weekend getaway for two couples. We loved all the decks and beautiful backyard. The walk to the beach access was minutes. So close you can see the ocean from the front decks. Kitchen had full implements with a coffee pot and Keurig. We didn’t use the hot tub but we did look and it was super clean. We had a great time and would rent again
