*Temporary Notice – Renovation Work in the Building*
Starting in November 2026, renovation work is scheduled in two apartments within the building.
As these works are independently managed, we do not have a detailed schedule. Some noise may occasionally occur during working hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday). No work is scheduled on weekends. Our rates already take into account the possibility of some disturbance related to these works.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
Casa Cosi - Casanova 2 is located in one of the best districts of Barcelona: The Eixample district, a very lively neighborhood filled with art galleries, trendy restaurants, cafes and bars; which makes it popular among tourists and locals alike. Like all Casa Cosi apartments, it has been furnished and decorated in order to create a cozy atmosphere. It has 3 bedrooms (two with a queen-size bed another one with two simple beds and a sofa-bed in extra) and 3 full bathrooms. So it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons. The spacious living room extends into a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook for the entire family. Perfect for big groups of friends or family, Casa Cosi - Casanova 2 will make your trip unforgettable!

The property was well maintained & centrally located. We loved that it had the charm and authenticity of living in a classic apartment with the original architecture in a city, but with modern day amenities. We would stay there again.

Downtown location was ideal. It was a bit noisy through the night with crowds walking up and down the street until the morning hours. The windows open up to the street below, but don’t keep the sound out. Our other issue was the power outages. We couldn’t use the dishwaher and the laundry at the same time. And we could only run one air conditioner or it would trip the circuit and all the power would go out. However, the one air conditioner kept our entire place cool and comfortable. And the host is very responsive. Highly recommend
