"This house is spacious and has many positives. We loved the pool since it was great for small children. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. Probably the best thing was its location to the beach—just a short walk across 30A!" – Gina P.

Very nice property. Excellent location. Walking distance to Beach. Photos are accurate depiction. Interior was very clean. Communication was good. Game area was fun. Bikes were nice. Couple of minor outdoor things that could be improved upon. Many random potted plants, many of which were dead. Deck was dirty and in need of a good cleaning. Some, not all, of the outdoor furniture is in need of replacement. Didn't like that if you want to use the grill or outdoor fireplace, you have to go buy propane. I understand why, but I feel at the price we paid, something like that should already be taken care of. There are some pool toys and beach gear, but much of it is in bad condition. Many of the hanging lights over the backyard were out and need to be replaced. Overall, a great experience at this house. House and pool were great. Outdoor area would be great with just a little maintenance. Overall, I would stay here again and I would recommend this home.
