We have stayed at Vista Cay many times becuase it’s close to the convention center for national volleyball. We had cancelled our other vrbo last minute since we didn’t need a 4 bdrm and found this 3 bdrm.Pros: reasonable price, host is excellent at responding back right away which is a huge plus, place was clean and spaciousCons: the stovetop is dated so can be tricky to figure out if you want to cook which can be frustrating to some, the tvs are very small on the walls in every room, and the towels for showering are minimal in the bathrooms.Overall you get what you pay for…so if you’re looking for something that is reasonably priced and spacious you can’t go wrong but if you’re looking for something with more furnishings, some extras, bigger tv and overall quality then this might not be your place. Hope this review helps. I will say the host was probably the best by far in terms of her responding right away which made it great!

We chose this property for AAU Nationals. It was perfect for two moms and two daughters. It was on the side of Vista Cay closest to the Convention center so you can just walk over and a 5 minute walk to the big pool or Walgreens, Chick Filet etc. The check-in was easy and the unit was ready on time. When we got there they had left some dishwater tablets, trash bags, spices, a little laundry detergent, and even olive oil. It was great to have a little start and not have to purchase everything. The unit was clean and spacious. I would definitely book here again.

Clean comfortable and roomy. Good communication throughout with host. Until the last day we extended our checkout.. which was approved by host. I sent money. The keypads on door locked automatically and we were almost locked out after pool with our dogs and all belongings inside. I luckily got in the door 5 minutes before it automatically changed to a new code without our knowledge. My daughter was 5 minutes behind me walking back and she couldn't get in. This could've been a disaster. I attempted to contact host for hours with no reply
