It is conveniently located in the center of Estes Park Village across the road from the River Walk Park. Easy walk to all shopping, restaurants, and festivals in Town Park. You can take this walkway to the Estes Park Visitors Center & all the way around Lake Estes. Easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Parking for One Car only on the concrete driveway in front of the Cottage.

Absolutely fantastic stay in Estes Park at the Riverside Cottage! We arrived In town for a family wedding and we were delighted to discover how cozy and comfortable this home was for our family of 4. The historic home is perfectly situated near town and lovingly decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed all the artwork and books on hand. During our visit, we enjoyed a haunted tour and dinner at the Stanley Hotel, golf at Estes Park, hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park and tram ride up to Prospect Mountain. Literally everything (other than golf) was walkable from the cottage. Picked up groceries at the Safeway and cooked breakfast and lunch at the cottage. Could not have been more perfect! Great communication from Durango, Mark and Toon. Would love to come back to this beautiful place and stay again!

Beautiful upstairs but would clear some kitchen counter space. Bathroom and bedding fabulous. Fly and bug issue in master basement bedroom and bathroom intolerable. Dead flies in bed. Flys on you constantly. Slept 1 night down, rest upstairs. Flies started coming up. Really ruined it. Plus, neighbor is a tenant and hangs outside kitchen window. Need blinds desperately. Construction was awful outside home. Early and loud.
