Aqua Essence

Aqua Essence is a breathtaking waterfront condo perched on the shores of Saugatuck Harbor, offering panoramic views that capture the charm and beauty of Michigan's lakeshore. Whether it's the sparkling morning light on the water, the parade of boats drifting by, or serene sunsets in the evening, the condo's large balcony and lower porch make every moment memorable. Enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the gentle lapping of the harbor, or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the water.

Step outside and take the path down to the association swimming pool, where lounge chairs, tables, and sunny spaces invite hours of relaxation and fun. Aqua Essence is perfectly situated for endless summer activities: swimming, boating, or simply lounging by the pool, all while staying connected to the vibrant energy of downtown Saugatuck. Beaches, hiking trails, and scenic vistas at Oval Beach, Douglas Beach, Mt. Baldhead, and Saugatuck Dunes State Park are just minutes away.

Inside, the condo is a luxurious yet inviting retreat. Hardwood floors, extra-large windows, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances create a bright and modern atmosphere, while thoughtful details throughout—comfortable furnishings, smart TVs, and soothing harbor sounds—make it feel like home. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas are perfect for cooking together, enjoying meals, or relaxing after a day of exploring.

Sleeping arrangements accommodate 8 guests across three bedrooms—two queen bedrooms and a full Murphy bed—plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The primary bedroom features a walk-in shower, while guest bathrooms include a shower/tub combo. Modern amenities like central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a fully-stocked kitchen ensure comfort and convenience for families or groups of friends.

Guests rave about the prime location: within a short walk to downtown Saugatuck and Douglas, you can enjoy boutique shopping, art galleries, fine and casual dining, and local entertainment. At the same time, Aqua Essence offers a serene harbor-side escape—a perfect balance of relaxation and access to everything the area has to offer. Whether it's a family vacation, friends' getaway, or multi-generational retreat, Aqua Essence delivers an unforgettable lakeside experience with luxury, comfort, and stunning views at every turn.
