The property was wonderful! I would suggested adding to the listing that there is no air conditioning. Especially during the summer months. It would have been nice to be prepared for that. Other than that, everything was lovely! Very clean and all the items we needed.

Condonwas great and very clean. Mett all expectations. Only thing I suggest is let people know the condo does not have any AC.

Nice property and closer to downtown Estes Park than expected, short walk away. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. There is a view of the mountains from the deck but a large pine tree does block some of it, still a nice place for a morning coffee. Our visit was in September and we had several elk visit us. They didn't seem to be aggressive but I would advise against getting too close.

Lack of AC and no towels in the kitchen were a drawback
