Overall this was a very nice place to stay. I was underwhelmed with the kitchen supplies. We didn't really cook due to this. The coffee pot had a leftover filter and dried coffee in it. I cleaned it and attempted to make coffee and was unsuccessful. I haven't used a drip in awhile so it could've been the operator. However, I do make my own americanos and lattes so I'm a fairly savvy barista. So I had to take a daily trip down to the Starbucks. That sort of defeated the purpose of waking up early to freshly made coffee and sitting on the balcony to watch for moose. The HOA does not allow air conditioning. Fortunately it was only super hot one night. If you're not staying at a ski in-ski out, this is an excellent place to be if you're skiing Deer Valley. I'd much rather be here than anywhere near the Vail Resorts. It's quiet. We did not use the hot tub or the pool. I did see some young kids in the pool. It's very small and the chairs are lacking. It's absolutely gorgeous here. And the views are great.

The property was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for two couples. Convenient location in beautiful area. Having a nice view was important to us and though the view was limited, we were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset thru the family room window.Our host, Adam, was very accommodating with regard to our travel schedule and quickly responded to even the simplest of questions.
