Beautiful, newly renovated and west end unit overlooking the Gulf of Mexico providing expansive of the pavilion and pool. As an end unit, you'll enjoy west facing windows in the living room, dining room, and kitchen so you are able to enjoy breathtaking views of the Florida sunsets. There is a king in the master bedroom with a custom, walk in shower in the adjoining bathroom. The guest room has 2 queen beds with a walk-in shower in the attached bathroom. A sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations. The kitchen includes stainless appliances, granite countertops, updated cabinets, and full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Don't worry about parking, the updated unit includes a dedicated covered parking spot in the garage area. Complimentary WiFi is provided. Enjoy the free beach service March through Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This condo is perfect for family’s with kids!

I never spoke with the actual property owner but I didn’t need too. We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean. Great views , quiet beach.

We've been visiting Destin Gulfgate for over 10 years now and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! The amenities and conveniency are unbeatable! We choose Gulfgate for the location, the views, the slower pace of town and the size of the condo. Already looking forward to our next trip!
