From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the Newport Peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride in one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. Parking Details
You are provided with (2) Tandem Garage Parking Spots in a (4) Car Garage. Oversized Trucks/SUVs are not recommended.

Laundry Facilities are shared.Please be courteous and respectful when using this shared space. Be mindful of other guests' schedules and remove items promptly.

Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
