This is a great space, both in comfort and location. Julie is an amazing host and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The coffee maker does both grounds and Keurig. The porch is delightful and the outdoor shower is perfect. I highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a good deal just a few steps away from the beach.

Julie was a wonderful host. She was in touch before we left, the day of, and after we left to make sure everything was perfect for us. The property was clean and had everything we needed, including a perfect location- a very short walk to the beach and Nick’s mini golf at the end of our street! The screened in porch was an excellent addition. And we were so happy to be able to take our dog with us! Lastly, 3 year old son lost a (very tiny) toy somewhere in the house during our stay. I looked everywhere and couldn’t find it, and reached out to Julie asking if she’d let me know if the toy turned up. A few days later, she messaged me to let me know she found it and would ship it to my home. She is an absolute gem.

Perfect for a quiet off season get away, would be even better in season.

Setup was great to lounge with our small fluffs, quick walk down the road to beach. We enjoyed the screened in porch as well in the evening.
