The house is in a great location. We loved how close it was to the tubing companies. We also loved sitting on the porches, looking and listening to the river. It's very peaceful. The kids also enjoyed playing corn hole.

We recently stayed at this VRBO rental and while there were some great aspects to the property, there were also several issues that impacted our experience. The layout of the home is fantastic, and being right on the river’s edge is absolutely awesome—it really is a beautiful and relaxing setting. However, the upstairs bathroom had a drainage problem—the bathtub drained directly underneath the porch, near the hot tub area. This raised concerns about both sanitation and overall maintenance.Additionally, there were visible signs of mold in the bathroom, which was concerning from a cleanliness and health standpoint. The home also did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival, as several areas felt neglected. With such a great location and layout, this property has a lot of potential, but it definitely needs a deep cleaning and proper mold remediation to make it a comfortable and safe stay for future guests.
