WOW what a property! The listing does not do justice to the property. House was v clean and presentable. Everything you require plus more. Games Room was fantastic for teenagers, beds were very comfortable, showers excellent and the views you could not get anything better.It is fantastic that we could bring our dog and the property was totally fenced so he could wander without us worrying. Jill was an excellent host, even telling us about the orca and dolphin sightings that were happening while we were staying there.Would highly recommend this home and we sure will be back

What a great property, clean, comfortable and spacious. Lovely gardens, views and shops near by for all your needs.To top it off, Jill was a fantastic host with prompt reply to all communication, as well as making herself available during our stay, very accommodating. Thanks again Jill, we had a wonderful weekend.

Our beachfront stay was absolutely perfect for our family and friends! With ample bedrooms and a fantastic kids' breakout room, everyone had their own space. Waking up to views of Kapiti Island and having direct beach access made for an relaxing and fun-filled holiday. Highly recommend!

The house is in a beautiful location and had plenty of room (and seating) for our large family group. Its well equipped and very comfortable.
