Property was very clean and perfect for a ew nights for one or two people. Had to communicate with the owner a few times via phone/text, and response time was very good. Good location and nice to have gated parking.

Great location mid-way between downtown and CSU campus. The parking spot was much appreciated! There is a family of fledgling red-tailed hawks living in the big trees. Tips for travelers: upstairs gets great daylight, so bring a sleep mask if you don't want to be awake with the sun. Also, the kitchen is basic, but there are many delish places to eat nearby.

I give this property five stars all around. The patio and outdoor kitchen are by far the best features of the property. The bedrooms were perfectly acquainted. I could not be happier. The hosts were immediately responsive to requests for assistance and information. They were also exceedingly gracious. I highly recommend this property.

Loved the place. It fit our needs perfectly. We were very happy with our trip. So close to all the action downtown and very quite when we wanted to take a break and relax. Would definitely use this cottage again
