Über diese apartment dieses Ferienunterkunft
The apartment is ideally located close the the Rialto bridge. This very central location is close to many vaporretto (water bus) stops and you can walk almost to anywhere.
The surface is quite big (3200 ft² / 300m²) all on the same floor.
The apartment is composed of:
- A hall
- A living room
- A dinning room
- Four bathrooms
- Five bedroom.
- The XVIII century room, double bed, view over the canal, private bathroom.
- The Empire room, double bed, view over the canal, private bathroom
- The Chinese room, double bed, view over the court, very calm, private bathroom
- The blue room (much smaller room), two single bed, shared bathroom with the Turkish room
- The Turkish room (tiny room), one single bed, shared bathroom with the Blue room
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A laundry
The XVIIIème and Empire bathroom are new from Feb. 2014
The water heating system of all bathrooms are new from summer 2018
By the way, do not search for a TV, we don't have one, and we don't want to! But I have put in place a wireless network for myself, and you can use it as much as you want.
Important to know, our upper neighbors do not like the noise. In particular at evening time. I rely on you to remain quiet and conscious of our upper neighbors.
Please be aware that the rooms are usually ready by 5PM (we need time to clean), but you can arrive earlier, rest in the living room, and leave your luggage home.
If you have more questions, the best way is to get in touch.
Once again, this isn't a hotel or a professional bed & breakfast. You're about to share the true Venetian life!

The property was very conveniently located. Renters should note it is not air conditioned other than stand alone coolers in the bedrooms. 8 of us gathered in the bedroom as common areas were over 90 degrees. There are also 50 steps to the apartment. Property manager was very responsive.

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed this apartment. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Venice, and the apartment was spacious with plenty of room for our group. There were lots of sleeping options, including three king bedrooms, each with its own air-conditioning unit. The two smaller twin bedrooms, however, only had fans and no air conditioning. Without much airflow from the windows, they became quite hot during our stay.It was also very hot during our visit, and at times the main living spaces became stuffy inside, especially during the warmest parts of the day.We especially loved the unique skeleton keys they added so much character. The small balcony overlooked one of the canals, and while it wasn't large enough to sit on, it was fun to step out and watch the boats go by.A few things to keep in mind: the Wi-Fi was somewhat unreliable at times, and there are quite a few stairs to reach the apartment. The stairwell lights also did not work, which made the up and down more difficult, especially after dark.Despite those minor issues, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a spacious, well-located place to stay and experience the charm of Venice.

Fantastic location. There was not a washing machine as advertised. The manager at the property was fine, but the owner was unresponsive and difficult. I needed to reduce our stay by one night and notified the owner 3 months in advance. I had to ask three times for an adjustment before I received any response. Then the owner refunded me one hundred euros for the night we’d no longer be staying when the minimum nightly price is eight hundred. The actual property and experience was fine.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment location very much. Loved the decor and the antiques. Very Venetian as we hoped. Our host was communicative at first. The listing said the apartment was available after noon and we planned accordingly. The manager let us know she couldn’t be there until 2:30 at approximately noon. She arrived at 3:00 and said that was the normal time the apartment was available due to time to clean. While this makes sense it was not communicated to us. Our 3 families of 9 were stuck waiting outside for an hour. It was most frustrating and inconvenient after long travels to get there. Aside from all that we enjoyed our stay.
