With 450 m² spread over three floors, the villa accommodates up to 15 guests in 9 bedrooms and features 6 bathrooms, offering great comfort for large groups and families. The living room has a sofa bed for two additional guests. Amenities include air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, and a fully equipped private kitchen.



Outside, you’ll find a large private garden, terrace, and outdoor private pool, all within a fenced property of about 1,000 m². There are 5 parking spaces on the property. Pets are allowed; smoking, parties, and events are not permitted.



The villa sits atop a hill and is reached via an unpaved road. Please drive at a steady, moderate speed, especially on the final uphill stretch with a curve, following the signage and avoiding sudden acceleration to protect the road surface and ensure a smooth arrival.
