This spacious four-room apartment is located in the Cavour area, which is well connected thanks to the nearby metro stop. It consists of a complete kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, such as fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The three bedrooms each have a double bed. In addition, one of them is equipped with an additional single sofa bed. Three complete bathrooms complete the property.

For your arrival, you can choose between a free self-check-in or an assisted check-in with extra fee. Please tell us the type of check-in you prefer. If not communicated, only the Self Check-in will be available. The assisted check-in is available on request with extra fee from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.

We remind you that an internet connection is required to enter the apartment.
You can enter the apartment by yourself from 3.00 p.m.
The standard Check-out time is up to 11.00 am.
2. ASSISTED CHECK-IN: SERVICE WITH FEE
If you prefer to be welcomed by a member of our staff, you can communicate it during your booking. We remind you that we don\'t have a reception, so we need to know the time of your arrival before 12.00 a.m. of your check-in day. Assisted check-in have an extra cost and it is available only from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.
RULES TO BE OBSERVED
-Compliance with the house rules is compulsory.
-It is forbidden for persons other than those listed in the reservation to stay overnight.
-Credit card required for pre-authorisation of 50€. The full amount will be released to your account within 3 days after check-out.

Our family stayed here when we were in Rome, and feel we got very lucky! To have a flat with 3 bedrooms and three showers was perfect for our family. The kitchen area was well appointed, although we did not spend much time there!
We were thrilled with the location. One Metro stop from Termini and one block from the Metro B line made getting around quite easy. We had not planned on utilizing transit as much as we did, but being right next to the Metro stop made it so easy that we changed plans and saw far more of the city than originally planned.
The management company was very helpful and incredibly responsive to any issues we had, or suggestions about the area. I would absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend.
