We had a fantastic 12 nights at this hotel. Easy check-in and our room was ready early. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The grounds are lovely and really well maintained. The food was lovely and varied to suit all guests and we found the drinks great too. The private beach is a huge bonus so you can relax in peace if needed. The whole premises is attended by security so you feel safe at all times. The staff more than matched all the great things about the place. They were so nice and always greeted us with a smile and a sincere Jambo. They are super efficient too. We never had a remotely bad experience with any of them and they are a credit to the hotel. We regularly had chats with a good few of them and they go above and beyond to make the guests feel so welcome. We would like to give a special mention to Emmanuel and Neema who were in the dining area who were so lovely to us. Neema has the best smile! Also a special mention for Nasibu form the bar area, and Abubakar(Ben), from the pool area. We really enjoyed getting to know them and spending time chatting. Apparently they are training but they certainly do a fantastic job. All the staff are worthy of a mention to be honest. Asante sana to all.

La struttura é nuova, piccola ma tenuta bene e bella. Il cibo é molto più italiano che da altre parti dell'isola e questo é un plus! Bello il fatto di avere serate a tema durante la cena! Piscina bellissima

Alcune persone dello staff alla reception erano maleducate e non c'era comunicazione tra di loro. Per esempio abbiamo ordinato la sera prima della partenza una bag per la colazione, visto che partivamo molto presto, e nonostante la ragazza si fosse segnata (scocciata) su un foglio la nostra richiesta, il giorno dopo non abbiamo trovato nulla e ci é stato detto da un'altra ragazza (scocciata anche lei) che non c'era modo di risolvere il disguido. Siamo quindi partiti senza colazione. Per il senza glutine non sono affatto attrezzati, il pane incredibilmente finito e mezz'ora di attesa per avere due crepes.. inoltre gli allergeni durante i pasti principali sono messi a caso. Nonostante avessimo il loro braccialetto come loro ospiti, continuavano a guardare i nostri polsi e ci hanno importunato durante la colazione chiedendoci di mostrargli il polso perché dei colleghi gli avevano segnalato che non eravamo di quell'hotel. Lo staff soprattutto quelli del villaggio troppo oppressivi per convincere le persone a fare le loro attività.
