Welcome to Unit 132
Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This 3BR, 2.5BA, 1,445 sq ft Condo, has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 1 on the 3rd floor. All Pointe buildings have elevators and a coded entry for security.
This unit offers queen size beds in each of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a TV with cable. Wi-fi is included.
The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. There's a breakfast bar that seats 4 people. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.
All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.
Living area has seating for 4 and has a dining area that seats 8. There's a seating area that has a table and 4 chairs.
Enjoy the breathtaking views from the balcony or the sunroom! The open-air balcony has seating for 4 people, and the sunroom has a loveseat.

Communication was excellent. The check in and check out process was simple. The coffee pot still had coffee and mold in it, so that is why I took a star off for cleanliness. We notified the resort via the Vrbo app and they responded right away. I would love to come in the summer when you could enjoy the pool and lake.
