The Space:

Arbor looks through the tropical canopy toward Sayulita and the Pacific. Floor-to-ceiling glass brings the outlook into the open living area while connecting the kitchen, dining space, and seating area to the private terrace.



Outside, the plunge pool provides a place to cool off after the beach or spend time taking in the view as the light changes over town and the coast. Mature trees frame the terrace without closing it off from the landscape beyond.



Contemporary architecture, natural finishes, and an uncluttered layout keep the focus on the setting. The two bedrooms remain separate from the main gathering area, providing privacy for couples, friends, or a small family.

Caivama's hillside setting offers a different perspective on Sayulita. It remains within walking distance of the beach and town while sitting above the busiest streets.



Beyond Sayulita, the Riviera Nayarit includes beaches, coastal villages, hiking trails, and seasonal whale watching.



Getting Around:

Many guests walk between Caivama, downtown Sayulita, and the beach. Caivama occupies a hillside setting, so routes around the property and town include slopes.



Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf-cart charging is not available within the community.

Arbor is accessible by elevator. Caivama is a stepped hillside complex of connected buildings rather than a conventional high-rise tower. Site levels follow the elevation of the property.



Occupancy

The property accommodates no more than four registered guests. The sleeping arrangement includes three beds but does not increase the maximum occupancy.



Pets

Pets are not permitted at this property.



Parking

Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf-cart charging is not available within the community.
