The open living area extends onto a private terrace where outdoor seating and a plunge pool sit beneath the canopy. It is a place for coffee outside, a break after the beach, or time in the water before heading into town.



Inside, the kitchen, dining area, and living room share an open layout. The two bedrooms are separated from one another and from the main gathering space, providing privacy for couples, friends, or a small family.



Selva accommodates up to four guests:

Caivama's hillside setting offers a different perspective on Sayulita. It remains within walking distance of the beach and town while sitting above the busiest streets.



Beyond Sayulita, the Riviera Nayarit includes beaches, coastal villages, hiking trails, and seasonal whale watching.



Getting Around:

Many guests walk between Caivama, downtown Sayulita, and the beach. Caivama occupies a hillside setting, so routes around the property and town include slopes.



Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf-cart charging is not available within the community.
