Was clean
It was difficult to find how to get into the flat until I phoned. The rest easy.

The property is close to shops and amenities. The property has a good view of the city and sunset.
There’s no evacuation plan chart. First night there’s a fire evacuation and no clue where to go

The property was very nice and we felt at home. The host is a wonderful person who replies instantly

Location, layout,parking.
Had some issues. Not enough towels for the number of guests. But was promptly rectified.
Check in was challenging if no access to WIFi.
En suite bathroom socket was loose, no attempt to have it rectified.
Washing machine door wouldn’t lock. Again no attempt to rectify it.
Agency solution to everything was to send a video link. So impersonal.
