balgonie motor inn

This small motel is a pleasant surprise very clean, very friendly staff and close to all amenities

The staff was over the top helpful.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Don't go expecting the world. But understand they truly care. Staff is by far the most exceptional.

Small, older property, but has been updated in bathrooms at least. Floors creak a bit was only odd thing. Small room, but serves purpose ofva spit to sleep. Right on main highway, so bit of traffic noise. Owner/manager was very helpful, and a pleasure to talk with. Spent fair amount of time swapping stories of northern Canada (where I had just been riding motorbike at.) Pizza place few buildings down has great food. Cheap, simple, usable room for a nights rest.
