Our apartment is located in a prestigious residential building in central Florence, just steps from the T2 tram line. The Marmora stop is right outside the building, providing quick access to both the historic center and Florence Airport.
Guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen and a shared bathroom (shared with guests from another room). The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, shower gel, a hair dryer, and other daily essentials.
The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning for summer and heating for winter. The building also has two elevators.
We are a friendly and welcoming family living in the apartment, and we share our home with a gentle German Shepherd. Guests should therefore be comfortable around dogs.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Our host was extremely kind and helpful. Occasionally she would offer us a cup of coffee or cappuccino in the morning and was always responsive to our requests. She was kind enough to let me borrow a wine glass. Very comfortable bed and wonderful room with a small balcony. Would highly recommend especially if you don't mind a shared bathroom with the other guest unit. Would definitely stay again.

Katia was an absolute gem! She took care of us very well, very well. The room was perfectly located in the center of historic Florence with the Accademia within 5 minutes walk and the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, etc. within 10 minutes walk. Numerous shops & restaurants nearby, as well.
The shared bathroom was small but adequate. It was Katia that made all the difference. She is so kind and attentive to her guests.
