Very clean, a beautiful resort with extraordinary architecture; essentially, each building features the traditional inner courtyard typical of a riad.
The quality of service could be improved; the staff does not seem very well-trained, especially at the reception.
I should mention that I have chosen this hotel chain in Egypt several times; unfortunately, the service here falls far short of my previous experiences.

Reception and staff were great... Facilities were great for us as a family. They made custom meals for our 1-year-old at the buffet to suit his egg and milk allergy. Kids club + evening kids disco were great and the water park exceptional.
Arrived at 10pm on the first night and had pre organised for a cot to be in our room for our 1-year-old. It wasn't and it took 3 asks and a 90-minute weight for it to arrive. Can see what people mean about the bar staff.
Our 1-year-old came up in hives one day at the buffet from one of the highchairs not being cleaned properly. It could have only been this as he ate nothing from the food available that day and they came up before we had started eating.

Beautiful property, delicious food and amazing service, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay magical.

Really good facilities which suited everyone in the family- padel courts, plenty of swimming pools and a large football pitch
Very poor service. Staff were rude and unresponsive, and also severely inefficient which mesnt queues everywhere for food e.g. omelette station, fresh pizza, coffee bars etc
