For me this was a great property in a nice complex with everything I needed and more and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I found the bed super comfy and it had a good hot shower, and the pool area is lovely and was remarkably quiet whenever I went. The friendly owner met me and showed me where everything is, which was very welcome. There were quite a few nice touches to make settling in even easier. The on site supermarket is well-stocked. I didn't try the bar or cafe. It was always possible to find a parking space within a few minutes' walk and there's a bus stop right outside as well, although walking up to the Yumbo centre bars, shops and restaurants took just over 10 minutes anyway. I'd gladly return.

Sometimes nearby residents could be a little loud (exuberant chatting outside, not rowdy) until a while after midnight. It's part of the holiday vibe though. The air conditioner might be noisy for light sleepers too.
