Although this booking was officially non-refundable, the hotel was kind enough to make an exception due to the typhoon, which was beyond anyone’s control. I truly appreciate their understanding, flexibility, and excellent customer service. Their willingness to help during such an unexpected situation left a very positive impression on me.
