I had such a lovely experience staying here for a whole month. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and at home. The place is very clean, neat, and well looked after, with a warm and homely atmosphere that made my long stay really enjoyable.
I especially appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen is. Everything I needed was available, including all the essential utensils, pots, and pans, which made cooking and settling into a daily routine so much easier.
Another thing that gave me great peace of mind was how secure the building is. The security guards are doing an excellent job and are always attentive, professional, and helpful. Knowing that the building was well secured made me feel very safe and comfortable throughout my stay.
What really made my experience special, though, was how approachable and helpful the owner is. Whenever I had a question, request, or concern, they responded very quickly and were always willing to help. I genuinely felt looked after throughout my stay.

Very clean, aesthetic, and easy to go around the city
Wifi huhu. Hopefully wifi get’s better especially since we are working nomads and we rely heavily on internet. Actually even signal from data is not as good. It can barely hold a video call.

Overall the property exceeded our expectations.We loved everything and we had an exceptional time during our stay.I’m a complete coffee/food addict and they have everything in the area coffee shops and restos. Big plus is the Robinson’s Supermarket that’s just a few steps away from the building. I do say exceptional because I’ve stayed in hotels and other apartments in Cebu before and this property is the best so far, from the lovely host Ms. Tin❤️, cleanliness & tidiness of the property, room is big, the bed is too comfy that you don’t want to get up in the morning 😂 to a great location (which feels safe by the way,24hrs guard in the lobby and around the area).We’ll definitely book the place again in the future.. 🙏❤️
