Excellent location, short distance to downtown. House was in great condition and off street parking was a nice bonus.

Very nice, comfortable and clean house for what we wanted. Watched a lot of basketball games as the NCAA tournament was on. Host was very thorough on what was expected. It was nice to be centrally located for my Wilmington family to visit.
