This open-concept two-bedroom, two-bath home is designed with serenity in mind. Clean lines, natural textures, and curated décor set the tone for a truly relaxing stay. The living area offers plush seating, a 50" TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. A twin sofa bed adds flexible sleeping arrangements.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything needed to prepare meals or snacks after a day at the beach. Dine together indoors or step outside to enjoy meals on either of the two furnished balconies—one with a private gas grill and partial ocean views, the other ideal for morning coffee.
Extras include fast WiFi, beach towels, board games, and streaming-ready TVs for relaxed evenings in.

Guests have full access to the second-floor unit, including both private balconies, shared laundry, one free parking space, and secure keyless entry.

This property is 100% worth every dollar! GREAT location and great accommodation. We had 4 adults and 4 kids thr space was more than enough for all of us without feeling cramped. John was super communicative with us and made sure everything was as it should be. We will be revisiting and saving this house as a primary location for our annual summer trip.

Very nice property & host. We had 8 adults and was a little more cramped than I was expecting, but still very nice. Highlights are the balcony's with ocean views, and the incredible steam shower! Beds were comfortable and clean. Walking distance to the beach- Keep in mind it is located on a hill side, so there is a decent incline/decline that you have to navigate. Easy for most, but could be more difficult for the elderly or those with injuries or health conditions. Great location for access to downtown Carlsbad and the host was great! Also be aware that if you intend to do laundry you will need quarters for the dryer. Paying didn't bother me but I would have brought change had I known a head of time (maybe add to the listing). Would definitely recommend this property, especially to groups of less than 8. We had a great time and I would certainly stay here again. Thanks for everything!
