Absolutely fantastic stay! The house is detached, very modern and beautifully presented throughout. It's in an excellent location, just a short distance from shops and local amenities, making everything really convenient. The property was immaculate, spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained. The photos online really don't do it justice – it's even better in person! The beds were very comfortable, and the house had absolutely everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The secure parking was also a great bonus. We really couldn't fault anything. A beautiful, comfortable home in a fantastic location. We would 100% recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

The only downside was having to pay an additional £25 damage waiver deposit, which was not clearly explained or mentioned on the Booking.com listing. It was only after completing the booking and making payment that we were informed we had to pay a further £25 directly to the property management company, rather than through Booking.com. I feel this should have been made clear upfront before booking, as it was an unexpected additional payment.

A couple of minor pints - the WiFi details in the handbook are incorrect. There are a lot of scuffs on the stair walls. I received multiple duplicate messages, each slightly different, which was kind of strange on various comms withbthe venue owning business. Main reason for dropping the scores is that after paying the balance via Booking.com, the business who own/ manage the property demanded I provide a range of personal information and to pay an unadvertised additional £25 to confirm my booking. The customer services team at Booking.com stepped in at my request to resolve the issue without having to share the information/ pay the unadvertised extra costs. I'd gladly stay at this venue again based upon the quality of the venue itself, but would be reluctant to book via the business who own / manage the venue in the future.
