the house itself was so cute, back yard was awesome with the pool and it wasn’t cramped. There were a few issues with the house and our call to Ascendia management took 2 days for them to respond. There also seemed to be a fly issue ( MANY FLIES) that started towards the end of our stay they came from the laundry area that is in the garage. I was told the walk was 10 minutes to the beach it’s actually more like 15 and we aren’t elderly or slow walkers. Again the house was great the management company could definitely be better.

ice machine didn’t work, sinks were clogged and any call made to management took to long for them to respond.

Perfect location, home was very clean and spacious. Nice pool, we didn’t use much as the weather was a little chilly to walk out at night for a night swim.

Had some ants we encountered in the bathroom. Back bedroom doors to the patio didn’t have blinds, so we used a light blanket to cover them. Garage door didn’t open to get the beach gear in and out, but we were able to carry them through the main door without issues.
