Centrally located, very clean, easy check in. Beds are super comfy.
As with most rentals you would have in Venice, its shower is tiny and the space is smaller. That being said the host did a great job working with what they have.

location was great as it was just across the canal from the main train station as well as the terminal water taxi and bus station.
Room was comfortable for a night or two but not ideal for longer stay. Washing machine was broken and no TV. Only air cooler in the room and fans in the living/kitchen room. Was Ok during our stay as was not that hot. One toilet/shower for group of 5 not ideal but guess not much other options.

Great location, easy to gain access. Great for a short time stay
Kitchen, dining and sitting room very small, wouldnt suit a long term stay. All beds were in the one room which didnt bother us as we are a family, it might not suit all
