Located across the street from the beach, this beautifully renovated townhouse-style villa features an inverted floor plan with views of the 11th hole of the neighboring golf course. Gather in the living area and wind down on one of the comfortable sofas while watching TV or planning tomorrow's adventures. We had a wonderful stay. Great location and quick walk to the beach. The pool was private and an easy walk The only temporary complaint was the construction noise next door and construction equipment taking up parking space.

The condo was bigger than it looked like it would be in the pictures. Two of the three bathrooms were updated and spacious. The third bathroom attached to the twin room is small and cramped and better suited for children than adult adults. The kitchen was pretty well appointed however could definitely use a new larger nonstick skillet and some better knives. Overall, the condo was lovely. The location is fantastic right across the street from the beach path. Would definitely rent again.

Our 4 nights at Fairway Dunes on the Isle of Palms was lovely. The condo was as advertised and had plenty of spare blankets as the weather turned quite cold while we were there over New Year’s. The bathrooms were a little dated but functional and there was plenty of space. The only item missing from the kitchen was a tea kettle, otherwise it was very well stocked!

The check-in process and communication with the host was very efficient and thorough. Unfortunately, the property wasn’t as clean as the pictures portrayed, especially the bathrooms (toilets and showers specifically). There was a lot of dust behind tables and along the walls. We loved the proximity to the beach.
