You can’t beat the location. We had an incredible time and really enjoyed the hot tub at night.

The house was nice, and great for our needs. Plenty of room for our family. Short walk to the beach. However, the hot tub was unable to be used because it was filthy, the internet was spotty at best, and the master bath shower head was very low (for reference I am 5'3 and the water hit me in the chest; there was a higher 2nd shower head but there is no way to turn it on). We did enjoy our time at the house and the beach overall.

House had everything we needed. Beds need updating and walls are paper thin so it was not very restful, but everything else was great.

Excellent location!!! We liked the house, but the furniture in the bedrooms was oversized and overwhelming. We loved the view from the top deck and hot tub.

"We are so impressed with the Avon community. Within being at our rental for 3 hours our dog got loose and took off. We were finally reunited after 3 days/nights all thanks to a wonderful community! ..."
