This newly remodeled home features an open layout and the living room is laid-back with a sectional couch, a gas fireplace, and a flatscreen Smart TV where you can stream your favorite movies and shows! The well-equipped kitchen is bright and full of amenities and new appliances, opening up to the dining area where everyone can chat over a glass of white wine and appetizers while the chef of the group shows off their skills. Everyone will love hanging out on the decks outside, as there is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the views on the patio furniture, a gas grill for cookouts in the fresh air, and a hot tub to relax and enjoy the perfect ocean view. With free WiFi, you can easily update your friends or family back home, plus there are two booster seats and two portable cribs for your convenience. There is also a new heated outdoor shower where you can rinse off after a day at the beach! The decks are also the perfect place to enjoy some whale watching over a beverage of your choice, or to watch the ocean waves during storm season.

Rent out surfboards or bicycles in town, or simply spend the day with a cooler onshore with the family! The location is spacious, clean, well-kept, and scenic. The lot itself requires to travel up a steep road and walk upon a steep driveway that has one garage space to park in and reasonably three to four vehicles on the steep driveway. We were all able-bodied, and I could imagine that anyone who was not would have difficulties getting into the main house. Those who may not be as able bodied may find the separate MIL pad preferable.There is a primitive path down to the beach threeish blocks away on 68th and a more accessible path five blocks away on 65th. The latter has a long set of concrete stairs with a notable tall final step to be able to get to the beach. There is a third access point to the north a few blocks that only has three parking spaces.This location is lovely and I recommend it to active families and groups.

I took my sons, daughter in law and grandchildren for the 4th of July holiday. Plenty of room for us all and lots of space to play inside and out. The view from this house is spectacular. We enjoyed the spacious deck, comfy beds, hot tub and bbq. The hill to the house is a little steep but all was well. The beach is a short walk and not crowded. Had great weather and lots of beach time. The hosts were very accommodating and replied quickly to texts. A great trip!
