The Chalet-Gîte "Mauve" is located at an altitude of 1100m, in the Pilat Regional Natural Park: 25km from Saint Etienne and 1 hour from Lyon, 2 hours from Clermont-Ferrand, 2h30 from Geneva and Grenoble. This wooden chalet on stilts in the heart of nature is equipped for 6 people. It is a cosy little cocoon in a quiet area for a rejuvenating stay or weekend!

Every season, the landscapes change and are adorned with magnificent colours: in spring and summer, hiking, cycling, horseback riding in the immense fir forests, with panoramic views of the Alps and Mont Blanc on one side and the Monts d'Auvergne on the other.
In winter it is possible to practice cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in wonderful snowy landscapes. In autumn: mushroom picking and magnificent colourful landscapes!
