Begin your mornings with a peaceful sunrise and a cup of coffee on the front porch, and unwind in the evenings with stunning sunsets from the back porch.
This spacious home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests.
The master bedroom is located on the top floor and includes a private balcony and ensuite bathroom, with a walk-in shower and garden tub. This level also offers a Queen bedroom and a Full/Full bunk room that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
The main living area includes, a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the bay, a dining area, and a living room that opens directly to the beachfront deck. This floor also features a Queen suite with a private bath.
*For bookings and additional details, please contact our office directly. The rental operates on a Saturday-to-Saturday schedule.
*This home is pet-friendly for up to two dogs (no cats). Pet fee: $200.

***Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.

Wonderful beach house to stay for a week. Our first time to the area and we really enjoyed every aspect of our vacation. The only ask I would have would be shades over more of the windows. Not a huge deal, but a little more privacy and trying to sleep in is harder with nothing to block the sunrise. Other than that we really lived the house and are thinking about trying to book another trip next year.
